Liberty Bank Requests (In Writing)
My wife and I were asked to put all our future requests in writing and that Liberty Bank would respond within 30 days by mail. We have tried sending mail to Liberty Bank of Utah but our requests never seem to be met without a phone call after 40 days to follow up. So we are going to try a new method of asking here. We will submit all our demands in writing on here. If you have had trouble with Liberty Bank or any other bank please comment below or email nightmare@libertybankstory.com and I’ll try to make your voice heard as well. As I come up with new demands I’ll probably add to this list but for now these are the demands that we have requested of Liberty Bank.
- Don’t wonder why we call each month and ask for you to fix things when every month something is wrong or has changed on our mortgage statement. (For instance our Fixed APR went up from 6.0% to 6.5% on the bill. They have never provided proof that this has been corrected in our interest rates and payments. They won’t give us monthly statements for our second mortgage so that we can do the math and calculate the numbers for ourselves and they will not talk to us or respond to our requests by mail. )
- Don’t tell me that you are going out on a limb to provide a loan for us when our credit rating is A+. (Both of us have 750+ credit scores and plenty of cash in reserves to buy the very modest home we chose.) We could have gotten a loan with anyone else. We should have gotten a loan with anyone else. We just couldn’t believe how bad it was going to be with Liberty Bank.
- Don’t Hang up on us
- Return our phone calls
- Monthly statements would be nice
- Respond to our written requests
- Don’t yell at my wife
- Don’t tell me that the house I bought is really yours because you own the mortgage.
- Don’t lose our sensitive personal information on documents over and over again. (I don’t know where they go but I hope I don’t get my identity stolen some day.
- Don’t insure the wrong house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
