Thank you Liberty Bank for your comments.

Our post is current and we have spoken with your Director about this credit problem. As of last month we still had a 2nd mortgage open on our credit for $28,000. The credit bureaus still see this as an open line of credit almost maxed out.

This has not been addressed to my knowledge by your bank and it does hurt our credit and ability to refinance and obtain credit. If you wish to look into this again before you comment further that would be most appreciated.

Yours truly,

Thank you for giving Liberty Bank that information. Liberty Bank has replied to your concern with documentation, noting that the Bank had closed both active accounts in July, 2007. Please refer to the attachments that were mailed to you. The attachments will attest to the fact that Liberty Bank is, in fact, reporting correctly that both of your accounts were closed in July 2007 and that the issue will need to be addressed with the credit reporting agencies.
Your opinion is, and always be, an opinion, but please address the facts in accusations.
